Monday-ing - March 30
Somehow it's already Monday again. I spent the past three days taking part in Fargo Startup Weekend. If you haven't heard of it, the basic idea is to start with a business pitch and see how far you can get towards fleshing it out into an actual business over the weekend. A ton of fun, but needless to say, not the most restful of ways to spend a weekend. Other than that, here's what I've been up to:
Being impressed, constantly, at the amount of talent in Fargo. Seriously, it's unbelievable how many amazing people there are here that are committed to making some super cool stuff happen.
Enjoying the weather. After a few weeks of chilly weather it's starting to feel like spring is finally here to stay. As I'm writing this, my window is wide open next to my desk with a gentle breeze blowing in.
Booking more and more weddings for next summer already! I've got the chance to meet up with and start working with some very cool couples in the past few weeks.
Anticipating the opening of 20 Below Coffee. Super cool people. Super good coffee. Super close to where I live!
Making s'mores! Twice this week. Both indoors. Summer can't come soon enough. Can't wait to get outside and go camping and enjoy a real campfire. It's been way too long.
Hoping I can some how, against all odds, grow herbs (that sounds bad, doesn't it?). I planted some basil, cilantro, and dill. Fingers crossed!
